Bluum Box #2 - Review
Our second Bluum box arrived and it seemed like only a week or so after the first, but as with all mail surprises, we were super excited to open it up and see what goodies were inside.
Like our last box, this one had four surprise items inside wrapped up in cute red-heart tissue paper. With this box, we received an email with an explanation of the items. The only downside was it came in the a.m. on the day the package arrived, so it was kind of like a spoiler. However, this also was a plus since the box does not come with any product info, so the email helps by giving a short explanation of each product. The only con of the email is that it is not a linked to the product sites, so if you want to buy more or look at the product's company site you have to search yourself. Since the description is in an email, it would be more convenient for the consumer having a hyperlink to just click on for more info.
In the box was:
- Lil Sparkle Silicone Bib by Make My Day: This is super cute and functional. I have used it every meal since we got it! Unlike cloth or plastic bibs this one is real easy to wash and reuse even when it gets messy. The only con is the clasps were hard to do when Ella was in her highchair. After a few uses though, I got the hang of putting it on her. We would recommend this bib! I found an adorable teal one with pearls on Amazon here!
- Baby Newspaper by People Toy Company: This is a baby development toy that looks like a newspaper and makes crunchy, crinkly sounds. It's super cute and what baby doesn’t love a crinkly toy?
- Press & Listen Book by Wee Gallery: This is a cute book about music. Our baby and our four-year-old love it. Ours was called Toot, Toot, Boom!
- EZ Grip Teether Rattle Innobaby: This attracted Ella the most when we first opened the box. It is a small teether with a rattle. I like it so far, but like most teethers, it doesn't keep the baby's attention for more than a few minutes. The rattle does help, though.
Overall, we liked this box and the products a lot and are excited to see what’s in the next one!
